At a time when federal data systems are being defunded, decommissioned, or delayed, public access to reliable, community-level information has never been more important. The UCLA Latino Policy and Politics Institute (LPPI) invites you to a live demonstration of the newly updated Latino Data Hub (LDH), a public bilingual data disaggregation platform built to democratize access to critical data about Latino communities across the country.

This webinar will introduce users to the LDH’s enhanced features, including redesigned filters, customizable charts, and—for the first time—congressional district-level data. These tools are designed to serve journalists, researchers, policy advocates, and legislative staff who need accessible, timely, and localized data to inform their work.

The program will open with brief remarks from Lynda Kellam with the Data Rescue Project, who will introduce her team’s work and why free public resources like the Latino Data Hub are essential to protecting the visibility of historically undercounted communities.

Whether you're new to the platform or looking to deepen your use, this session will walk you through key functionalities, preview forthcoming features, and share tips on how to integrate the LDH into your analysis, organizing, or policy work.
