Update from ESIP's Repository Resilience Project
At the DRP, we are always excited to amplify our colleagues' efforts. This week, ESIP released its final report on the repository resilience project, which began at the end of last year.
They have released the project's resources on Zenodo:
- White Paper: Repository Resilience in Practice: Findings and Strategies from a Community in Crisis
- A white paper summarizing project findings and practical recommendations for strengthening repository resilience.
- Repository Crisis Scorecards (RCS), version 2.0
- An updated self-assessment tool designed to help repositories evaluate their resilience and identify opportunities for improvement.
On behalf of ESIP, we invite you to explore these resources and share them widely across your networks.
They are also hosting a webinar on July 16, 4:00 - 5:00 PM Eastern Time. Tune in to learn about key findings from the white paper, see a demonstration of the updated Repository Crisis Scorecards, and get your questions answered. If you are interested in learning more about their next steps, attend the webinar!
